Chevelle wagon -progress-

Hey,

Revell chevelle wagon kit. Tamiya light blue pearl-smoke for the ghost flames. Will be using stock rims with semiglossblack spokes. Engine out of the wagonrod.

Thanks,
Frank X.

Hot! The flames and paint look sweet. That's gonna be a sweet old ride, there.

Did you do the flames by hand or with a template? I actually saw one of these cars at a carshow, they're superpimp.

Re: Chevelle wagon -progress-

Hey,

My friend at school and I drew the flames. He did the hood, I did the fernders. We layed a 2in. piece of masking tape on a flat piece of metal. WE drew the flames onto the tape, then cut them out with a sharp blade. Then, gently laid them onto the car.

Thanks,
Frank X.

Re: Chevelle wagon -progress-

Fuzzy seats. I used this sitcky backed felt. Yea, it was thick, so I shaved it with my electirc razor. Looks like sheepskin..or not..Tranny hump modded for vette drivetrain. Interior not done yet. Comments please?

Thanks,
Frank X.
