92 f150 4.9 electrical - Please Help

4 years ago i had an ignition malfunction with a drained battery. The dash lights and radio kept flashing so i pulled the battery cable and recharged the battery. After reinstalling, the digital odomiter stopped working. It reads "Error", any suggestions?

92f150 4.9L 5-speed. Odomiter died at 192k.

might just need to reset the ecu, some fords all you have to do is disconnect the batt for 10-15 min, other than that you can check to see if its throwin any codes

ok, this happened to me about 2 years back when i had a 97 f-150, he's right you might wanna reset ecu if all else fails, but try checking fuses, and try to see if any wiring harness' are loose or faulty. might wanna check 02 relays aswell. but then again, you can also ride upto your nearest ford dealership...
