trunk condensation
just curious, i got a 94 cavalier and i constantly get condensation in the trunk, makes it impossible to keep a stereo in there without worry of wrecking it. any idea wat i have to do to fix this? no holes in the trunk leading out that im aware of. i duno, just aggitates me. do i just need to insulate the trunk? how would i go about doing this myself? i dont like paying ppl to touch my car. thanx in advance for any help i can get.

Either the weather seals are bad, or there might be a hole under the carpeting or whatever is in there. A friend of mine at work has a '93 or '94 and had hole in the passenger side rear wheel well, which he patched. Seemed to take care of his dampness problems.

much appreciated, ill have another look in there, maybe i missed somthing, the weatehr seal looks fine so ill get right in there and search foir a whole tho i cant imagine finding one, this car is kept in fairly immaculate shape

My friend's car was far from immaculate, so it was no wonder he found a hole.
