fuel issues drivin me crazy

I own a 89 prelude 5 speed. My fuel pump will not work at all. The fuel pump is brand new, the main relay is new, the ignition is new. What could it be? I am stumped. Any help is greatly appreciated.

fuse??? bad wiring??? Id take a multimeter and test to see where you have power up to, and go from there.

Thank you for your feedback. I am wondering if it may be the igniter module. I am not very good with a multimeter.
