Hello. My mom's G20 is in crappy condition and needs help. I was driving it yesterday and noticed overheating. It turns out, the nipple next to the Radiator cap that connects to the coolent overflow bottle is leaking. To make things worse, some dumb mechanic fooled my mom into thinking that he fixed it by putting on some silicon sealant and crap. Of course the pressure doesn't hold and the sealant degrades easy so the car loses coolent. It seems like the only choice is to change out the radiator itself unless you can replace the top part(plastic) of the radiator. b Anyone know if such thing is possible? Also, how much does OEM radiator job go for at a dealer??

try adding more coolant into the radiator directly. if it's just the hose to the overflow resevoir that is linking, i think u might be okay. the reason i say this is that my car doesn't have a overflow resivor (the hose ends and doesn't connect to anything), and it doesn't overheat. nevertheless, i still want to put an overflow resevoir in. anyone know how much and where i can get the used ones, so i won't have to pay as much?
