Installing heated power passenger mirror

Does anyone know how much work it is to install a replacement passenger side heated, power mirror on an '03? I have the replacement and it looks like 3 bolts and the electrical plug...but looking at the inside of the door it looks like I have to remove a small triangular plastic trim piece and maybe the top thin upper inner door panel strip that runs below the window.

I have no idea how those panels are held on or how to remove them so that they will not be damged and can be re-installed afterward.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
