96 Jetta GLS needs camshaft position sensor
Hello, my 96 Jetta GLS loses power on hills, won't go faster than 60 mph, & the check engine code says that it need a camshaft position sensor. Where is this located & how much of a job is it to replace?
Thanks for any answers |

Re: 96 Jetta GLS needs camshaft position sensor
Sensor is part of the distributor, but if it were bad the car wouldn't run. It sounds more like a clogged catalytic converter or fuel filter.
