Exclamation Engine Help!

Hey everyone I needed help figuring out whats wrong with my motor. I have a b18 C1 swap into my 2000 civic and it has trouble starting. Every time I turn on my car after letting my car sit for a few hours, the motor struggles to start, then it kicks on. But when I drive the car, shut it down, then start it again about an hour later it starts smoothly. I was wondering if it could be my ECU? or if my regulator isn't pumping enough fuel? Below is a list of what I've done to my motor so far and what I've recently replaced. Please help if you can. Thanks.

Engine:
AEM CAI
AEM fuel rail and regulator
DC headers

Replaced recently:
Spark plugs and wires
power steering pump
oil and filter

Could be a weak battery or starter. I got the same thing happening on my truck (Its a Toyota), but I know its the starter.

Re: Engine Help!

It sounds a lot like a fuel problem.
