740i (e38)

Help!! I am a British 740i owner. The mighty BMW will not allow UK owners to purchase the TIS (Technical Information Service) CD. They prefer to "fleece" us for every last penny (Cent) Can anyone please tell me where I can purchase this CD or a 1998 (E38) service manual. Many thanks in anticipation from a very frustrated British Owner.
