i see that on www.ebay.co.uk item number 7966599172.Will the cylinder head of a b18c6 fit onto my jdm sir b16a? also will the cam cover of my b16 fit onto the b18?

Yes, it's an Integra Type R. The b16a and b18c heads are interchangable, as well as the valve cover.

yup. They're pretty much the same head, except for valve train, cams, and a mild port and polish on the b18c6 head.
