i was hoping someone has put silverado ss wheels on a regular silvy and if so could you post a few pics. i am really thinkin of getting some but not sure how they will look. thanks

I don't have any pics, but I think it would look pretty cool. If you think about it, the only difference in looks between an SS and a regular silverado are the front bumpers/grilles. I would do it.

Why didn't you ask this in the thread you already started? Anyway, just look at the SS, and visualize regular bumpers on it and there ya go.

thanks for the pictures that helps. i think i like those wheels alot. i wanna find a set cheap though i am low on cash at the moment but maybe soon i will rollin 20's.

There's another way to go and still go genuine Chevy.

the wheels below are also 20" like the SS - genuine Chevy wheels with the gold bowtie in the center. They are available from the Chevy parts department or as part of the Limited Appearnace Package.

I've got the black 99 with the SS wheels that was linked to above. I like them because they keep the stock look even though they are 20" wheels. I am seriously considering trading them in for a set of chromed SS wheels. They way I saw how they looked on a truck like mine was by typing a search in ebay for SS Silverado and I found a guy with a Sierra that was selling his. Much cheaper that way than buying from GM!!!
