Eat shit and die -Davo.

Story: Went to buy more credit for my phone, 'twas a wednesday after noon on the 6th April, about 1:20. Left the carpark to woolies at 1:35, hit the highway at 1:40, as soon as I hit the high-way, I look in my mirror to see this flying up on my right

I proceeded to follow it, cutting two people off to stay behind it while I perved on it.

Slowing down, I noticed the viper thing on the back lights up red when it's breaking, interesting, I did not know that.

It changed lanes, I must stay in this lane as I'm turning off soon:

It was awesome, I did not believe we had these in Australia.

Saw a Lamborghini Gallardo (same one I've seen twice in two days one year earlyer) on monday, drove right past me, didn't manage to get my phone out in time though. They're shit pics, I'll admit that, but I still scored a few.

That's kind of interesting that you thought it is interesting for the Viper to have red brake lights...

I mean, I don't know if the brake lights are colors different from red in Australia... Or if you were thinking the Viper's brake lights should not be red?

O wait..never mind.

Very nice...I've seen a few of those in the last year, parked right next to a blue and white one you saw, too.

He meant the Viper logo on the back.

That driver must have thought it funny to see you following him like that

haha yeah, I cut of a old white nissan, big time, I didn't even indicate (was trying to take pics, you see) until it was already in the lane. Man that was crazy.

Just last week a mate of mine was telling me he saw a blue Viper with white GT stripes in his rear-view, I didn't believe him at first, but then I did, now I have proof!

Hmmm...The Viper looks most amazing (especially amongst that Commodore bomb). I remember seeing a similar (maybe the same) one about 2 years ago near Epping Road where it gets close to Delhi Road. I did not have a camera at the time and I was quite stuffed. If you look in the papers, there are very few of them and the regular price for a genuine one is $100K+ second hand for the older model (The cheapest one I saw in carsales.com.au yesterday was 105K lol!).

I think the one you saw on the road(-Davo, that is) was a Viper GTS Coupe. The only Vipers I've ever seen were drop-tops. I really would like to see a GTS Coupe, or an SRT-10. But I did, however, see a Dodge Ram SRT-10 pickup truck before. Quite awesome. I guess thats for when you need to haul lumber at 150...

Aah, congrats on finally seeing one. The GTS Coupe looks amazing from the side and rear.

I wonder if there are any of the new Viper GTSs in Sydney. They sell the ones that Davo saw in Autostyle (near Roselands, NSW).

I saw a shiny brand new one today driving around my town. I flashed the brights at him. It was one of the new redesigned convertibles like this one:

I saw one of the old ones last month... lol

The big problem is that the SRT-10 has been only a drop top. That is until the Competition coupe comes out later this year. AND HA now you aussies no how it feels. You get the cars we want and we get at least one of the cars that you want. BTW i would much rather have the Holden Monaro than the rebadged peice of crap "GTO" we get here even if it does get better power
