Traction Control light on when raining and others...

2000 Tahoe (new style), two questions:

My traction control light comes on (reads "Traction Off") sometimes when its raining. It'll go off eventually, but anyone have thoughts on it? Does the computer store any type of trouble code or is there any reason why I can't just ignore it?

When I turn on the foglights, I hear the rear window wiper move. I heard there was a TSB for it, what does it say to do?

Thanks for the help

Well I hope you have better luck with a reply than I did a few months back asking the same question about my Traction control button/light. I never did get a reply. I have a 2001 Hoe and does the same exact thing during wet conditions, but not every time. It would reset itself once I turn the vehicle off and back on. I can only surmise that a sensor of some sort is the responsible. The GM dealer just shrugs thier shoulders. As far as your rear wiper and foglight. I don't have a fog light and don't have the foggiest idea. I crack myself up....Good luck !!!!

Hey thanks anyways, I think I saw your post while doing a search. I'm hoping someone has an idea before I pay a dealer to say "could not duplicate the problem."

The light came on this morning, it was raining pretty good, but didn't come on this afternoon so it sounds like the same issue.
