'89 2.2 turbo gt. possible turbo/oil leak probs + fuel pump/tank

I have recently acquired a 2.5l '89 lebaron turbogt convertible. I love it. anyway Im having a few problems, and just seeing if anyone had any ideas, or experiences with any of them. Im loseing oil, and not sire if its from a seal, and I have asked a few gearhead buddies of mine if they had any clues. they said it may be loseing oil from around the trubo, as it seems to be a problem with older turbo cars. kinda makes sense concidering its oil cooled, and has 165k through it. (btw I have some knowledge of cars. meaning I get how they work mechanicaly, I do not however know how each part works, or sometimes why. in short Im not a retard, so you dont have to make yourself sound so to get a point across.) heres what I see. there is oil all over the bottom of my car, from the wind catching it. I have driven it fairly hard, not wide open all the time, just enjoying it. till I found this out anyway. there dosent seem to be any iol stains on the exaust, so I wasnt sure if the turbo theory was correct. I figured that if it were leaking out that it would stain the exaust darker. there is however oil on the front of the block, wich hopefully is from when the valve cover gasket was leaking. replaced that already. I just found the oil on the bottom of the car tonight when I took it to a friends house and put it on a lift. Im wandering what I can do. fix the problem, or what Id kinda like to do is get a turbo kit, pistons, turbo, blow off all that jazz. and Im wandering how far I can take it before it gets to be a threat to the engine. I plan on putting money into it, suping it a little. (dont worry no fart can or stupid neons) but I dont want to burn up the engine. I like this car and plan on keeping it around for a while.
sorry for the long drawn out post, they wont all be like this jsut wanted to get all the info out there to minimize guessing, and broad fixes

okay, I have found 4 people that have said that the turbos are known to go bad at around 100k, and I have decided to go ahead and get a turbo kit. If anyone knows what kind, or where I can get one, it would be greatly appreciated. I cant find any for my model
