Rear Tire Carrier Bracket

Hey guys...
I've got a 94 S-10 Blazer with the rear tire carrier on the back, and I'm curious-are the top and bottom brackets that screw to the side of the vehicle interchangeable, or are there small differences?

Yeah,
there the same bolts. unless they were changed by a previous owner.
