fuel management kit?

my evoIII 16g just came in today and im getting it installed tomorrow, got a mechanic that works for us at $8 an hour , but im eventually going to want to get more fuel goin so i can crank the boost up, so my question is, i found this "fuel manegment kit" for $600 it says its everything you need to get to where you can turn up your boost to 19psi, it has 550 injectors, 190 fuel pump and APEXi Super AFC 2. is this really everything i would need? id really like to get it but id hate to finally get it and end up needing something else, and anyone who has the apexi super afc, how hard is it to work? thanks.

Re: fuel management kit?

allright cool, just wanted to make sure, but i was still wondering how complicated it is to tune, like how exactly would i set it, or even know how to set it? and the mechanic is just kinda out of a job right now so we have him hired at our buisness (not a car place at all) and pay him $8 an hour, so when we a vehicle needs work we put him on it for $8, it's pretty sweet.
