98 Blazer, proper Temp?

I searched but I'd like a more definative answer. What is the proper temp? Is 1 tick below 210 okay?

Would having too low of temp hurt fuel mileage?

Your temp is fine.

And yes, lower temperatures from a stuck open stat will hurt economy.
