Post Expedition Factory Keyless

Does anyone know how to progam factory keyless remotes for a '99 Expedition? Thanks in advance.

cycle the ingition on and off 8 times quickly, on the 8th time the locks will cycle up and down. Push the lock button on one remote, the locks will cycle, then push the lock button on the other. When you turn the ignition off the locks will cycle one more time.
