Do you like cars?

I was a car nut as far back as I can remember. I started working on them with my dad in the early 70's when he figured out he could get me started on a job and then go watch TV while I got all greasy. I hope to learn more and help out others here. If your not registered sign up and say HI!

EDIT: This was originally posted in "Introductions" and was moved by someone with way more AF experience than me.

Re: Do you like cars?

^Which one did you add? "Doing it in them"???

I put all of the above. I started liking them when i was in Italy with nothing to do and one of my neighbor's was a mechanic so I'd watch him soemtimes work on cars. When I came back to the mainland. My new neighbors and their hobby of rebuilding cars and selling them...ah...what fun.

So...obviously I like driving them and racing is definitely a must. The other...totally rhetoric.

Nope, I hate cars. They pollute and smell.

Nope, he added all of the above. Thanks for moving it KustmAce. I couldn't figure out why I had such a hard time getting people to vote for doing it in cars. Good clean fun if you ask me!

Re: Do you like cars?

I voted for "all of the above" also.

I really enjoy working on them the most, then driving them ... then racing them. I used to like "doing it in them" when I was ALOT more flexible then I am now.

Re: Do you like cars?

all of the above. my car habit is worse than a crack habit on my wallet! i usually spend an average of at least 6,000 on parts a year+the hours of labor. its my hobby and id rather have something to show for my money then spending it foolishly. also love doin it in them. the h2 got plenty of room!

The two statements contradict each other.

As for me, I like working on them and driving them. Never raced (other than street) yet.
