Angry PC Game Crashes

Well, It seems that everytime I start a PC Game, It crashes and dosent run. It goes to a full black screen like its going to start, But it crashes, goes back to the desktop.
It happens to all of my PC games. When I 1st got the computer it worked, but It skipped during gameply. WTF is worng? I really want to play FFIX, and the rest of my games. Hell it wont even play Tycoon Roller coaster. A 7 year old game.
