Spark plugs

I have a 2000 Grand AM GT 3.4 and i changed the spark plugs in it and the ignition coils but when i changed the coils i still had the old sprak plugs in it and it started. Than the next day i changed the plugs and the wires but before i did that it started, and after i changed them i went to start it and it didnt start.. I might have the wired screwed up on it im not to sure.. if you could tell me the firing order and what spark plug wires got too...

Re: Spark plugs

What does it do while its trying to start. Does it backfire or half start and stall?
