F'ing Assbag Roommates!!!!

So I've had more roommate problems, I swear. We started with 4 of us. First roommate went to prison, bumped our rent $75, then another roommate left, made rent $400 each for 2 months. Finally found a 3rd roommate. My one of me best friends, who is SO stupid with money. But he seemed like he was doing better, so we let him move in.
He works as an i-hop server forty to fifty hours a week. Rent time came... AND WENT... and that son of a bitch didn't have a DIME. AND HE HADNT EVEN BOUGHT ANYTHING!!! He goes "It was slow because of spring break." I'm like you, even working minimum wage, should have made $200 more than what you need to pay the rent AND the bills. He just shrugs. So now my landlord won't stop calling because rent is 4 days late and if we don't get him $340 39 minutes from now, at 5:00, we have an $82.50 late fee due immedietly. If we do'nt pay that, we get kicked out. And then we STILL have to pay rent until the lease is up even though we don't live there!!! How we're expected to Pay $82 on top of $340 when we can't even pay the $340 is beyond me.
Bumfuck roommate was like "oh yea, I'll bring you the money at 7:00 this morning! So I get up at 7 to wait for him. And he never comes. And he's impossible to get a hold of because he keeps staying at this goofy looking girls house all day and night. He's been there for weeks. Keeps promising money and not delivering. Now I've spent most of my money on shit for my car because I wasn't expecting to front anybody's rent this month, because usually I have to. And now we ahev to come up with ALL of his rent and then some on less than a few hours. FUCKING ASS ROOMMATES!!! Now I'm kicking him out, but not letting him know until he pays us all of the money in full, which will be damned near impossible, since when he gets it, he blows it between the bank and home half the time. And he doesn't have anything but th shirt on his back. And I'm gonna pad the bills I'll tell him he owes because he owes me $100 that I'll never see again from a fucking bill 3 months ago!

I FUCKING HATE ROOMMATES!! I'm gonna go put a damned tent up in the woods and live fucking there. Make it near a moterfucking stream so I can take a nice cold god damned shower in the morning and kill sweet, cute innocent bunny rabbits for dinner. I won't have a very good heater, and a working bathroom may be a problem, but at least I don't have to deal with at LEAST one roommate a month hitting me up for fucking money because "they can't afford this or that bill". I tell them to take the fucking brand new Abercrombe and Hollister shirts they just blew $200 on back" and they look at me like they don't know wtf I'm talking about. I swear I'd rather just pay $400 and only have one roommate. When we were paying that much I still managed to buy a big screen TV and a god damned car. He's bitching about how he can't eat. I'm getting evicted before friday because my fucking asshole roommate throws people $20 bill sand tells them to bring him back a "burger from mcdonalds"... and he just has no fucking clue where his money goes off to! "it was slow!"
Sorry about the rant, but I'm very, very, very pissed. Now I have to take one of my best friends to small claims court to garnish his wages because he refuses to use a bank and wonders where his cash went.

hmmm... the very reason why i chose not to move out with my friends. We were thinking about renting a house but when me and my best friend realized how much of an ass my other kinda if you want to call him a friend was with money, we said thats ok. Besides it was better for him anyway. He has a 1 year old to take care of.

I live with one of my best friends but it's only $50 NZ a week (around $30US) each. My rent automatically comes out of my pay as soon as it gets put in my bank account at like midnight before I can wake up and spend it. Maybe the retard needs something like that

Don't worry about me. I've got enough in stocks that if I'm ever REALLY in a bind I'll be fine, but there's no WAY I'm liquidating a bunch of my shit because my shit-ass whore roommate decides to be a prick.


OK so my other roommate ended up writing my landlord a check for the $340... A check that would bounce if we didn't get the money by friday. Then assbag shows up with $220... which is NOT $340... so we've still got a $120 to worry about otherwise we're still fucked. I hate delaying the inevitable. He calls me up and apologizes a thousand times and I'm like if you needed money, you could have gotten a payday loan, no problem. There's 20 in this town and you don't need half of shit to get money from them. There were ways of getting it, and you didn't bother to use any of them. Then I bitched about since he didn't pay the power bill, we had to leave when they shut our power off and disrupt OUR lives because he was irresponsible, and why? no reason. ass, maybe? Then i bitched about how my landlord called me a thousand times and i shouldn't have to deal with that fuckin stress. He just kept apologizing but you know, that doesn't put a dime up for rent and that doesn't pitch in for bills. He claims hes going to have the money by friday, btu after 12:15 fri, it's too f'ing late! And I don't have any faith in him. August 8th... and he still hasn't paid me. And I just found out I bounced my check to my landlord since I had to cover his bills, which he never paid me back for... So I should be getting a very agitated call very soon.

dude wow. Have you tried explaining all this to your landlord? Maybe you can make up for the payment with an extra 40 bucks a month for a while. Some landlords are actually human if you talk to them.

Well my landlord is kicking us out in two days unless we can essentially buy entire new carpet beause he's pissed at how dirty it is. And soomeone came through and broke like 4 trees in the neighborhood and he tried to pin it on me, cuz he was pissed. And he made me get rid of my bar! That took me 2 months to build. I took it down with a sledgehammer and a tear in my eye yesterday. He made me replace my door that I broke when I was drunk too. I'm like WHY?! What the HELL does it matter?! I live here, you don't, you don't need to show it to anybody, you don't need to impress anybody, what do you care?! He's like well I just can't have that, blablabla... I'm like Steve, that's what a deposit is for! And of course, he doesn't give a SHIT if he has to replace it 4 or 5 times... because he's not paying for a dime of it. So now he's pissed cuz there were some beer bottles in the yard and the carpet looks like shit because our vacuum broke.
