Check out this Suburban on eBay!

I'm currently selling a 1986 3/4 ton Chevy Suburban 4X4. The truck has a new motor, tranny, and is built to be an awesome, tough, durable, off-road or on-road ride. Think short-block 400, Allison turbo400 tranny, Edelbrock intake, DUI ignition, dual Flowmasters, AMSOIL lubricants, the works. I've invested more than $15K into it within the last three years alone. It is currently selling on eBay with a starting bid of $3,999 here:

Feel free to ask any questions, and thanks for looking!

Hi,
what is the rear end ratio and what is the towing capacity?
Is the tranny a 4speed?

The truck has 4:11 gears front and rear. I am not 100% positive what the towing capacity is, but internet research suggests an 11,000lb towing capacity. It is a 3/4 ton with the factory's heavy towing package. I know its brakes are huge compared to standard brakes. It has the stock heavy duty transmission -- a turbo 400 (TH-400), which is a 3-speed tranny -- many argue this is the strongest tranny that Chevy ever put into a truck.

I hope that helps!

Just in case you're curious, the truck is in Ashland, Oregon.

Looks like you are in love with curbs. I guess I might be too if I drove that beast.

LOL! yeah, I was used to smaller 4x4's (Landies), so it took a while to get used to where this beast stopped and the curb started. On a up note, the curbs never stood a chance! This thing rolls over them like they don't even exist. I have to admit I frequently felt like I could drive over anything.... and sometimes did.

Oh, thanks, Blazer -- My server was giving me trouble with the pictures (read here: I forgot to pay them!) but it is all fixed now. Thanks for the heads up!
