Actually it is a 2003 model, which the MSRP was 430, but this particular car has the upgraded exhaust.

Since there is an interest in the photos, here is some more:

wow very nice pictures thanks. I didnt even realize they made performance upgrades. 430k after taxes I bet. I know the first 01 was 375k base msrp. The new TT is supposed to be 550 base.

2003 Saleen S7 Base Price was $430,900 USD (includes $4,500 gas-guzzler tax and $1,400 frieght) and for the chrome wheel option add $1595.

If there are any specific photo requests post them here.

No, but the car has been to quite a few auto shows, including Detroit, Calgary and the Concourso Italiano in Monterey.

as you can read on the tire (this is for the rear tires specifically), they are 100Y tires. this means they can handle a load index of 100 (1764 pounds) and are speed rated at Y (186 miles per hour). because the rating is enclosed in parentheses it implies the tires have be tested beyond 186 mph. Z speed ratings are not "better" than Y, Z only implies 149 mph and beyond. W and Y ratings were created because 149+ of the Z was too general and there was a need to specify how much beyond 149 the tires were rated.
