My Aurora won't start

I was driving home one night and it stoped. for some reason it was blowing all the fuel pump fuses. so i got a new pump, i put the new pump in but it didn't work do i have the o ring in for it to turn on or am i not getin any preasure because once in a while the car turns on but then turns right off. or is there something wrong with the computer
