Sorry, I'm not too good with computers. I can't figure out how to get the full url, so I'll just post the url for the 3SI post.

Re: The Ariel Atom

Yeah, that look on his face when he accelerates is hilarious. I wouldn't want to drive one of those around here though. Too many bugs would get plastered onto my teeth.

Re: The Ariel Atom

Go-Kart on steriods. Actully if the car had a wind screen and the exo skelton is strong enoug to with stand a side and front impact it could be street legal. I think the car could be re-inforced to make it US legal. Hell if you wanted to you could make your own like it. I'm really interested in this though. Could you imagine if it had a VR4 engine omg you talk bout break neck acceleration.

Re: The Ariel Atom

whoa you think you could remeber where it was? I'm highly considering this as a possible project somthing to sit down draw out run through mini protoypes to see what i like. Of course if ever decided to do it would be alog time but omsthing to have with none the less.

http://www.arielmotor.co.uk/04/used.htm
There is a US one there but the guy wants 52k for it.. Didnt the say just The normal one w/o engine was underk 10,000pounds around 20k. the one that had the engine he said was 29,000 around 58,000 so if it is new i guess thats not bad. But personally i'd rather put my own engnie. Or just modify there idea for even cheaper solution.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.
