1993 geo metro computer swap
I got a hold of an ex flooded ( water) 1993 Geo Metro , the water damaged the computer so I am looking for a replacement one in junkyard .
My question is does a 1991......94 computer will fit mine as long as it comes from a Geo Metro with manual transmision like mine? Thank you.

92-94 should work. Just make sure the large number/letter on the top of the ECU match. Shouldn't have a prob

Damn I didn t knew I just went to junkyard and pulled one from a manual 92 Geo Metro mine is a 93 Geo Metro manual .
well the one i pulled up does have a small difference on te tag Mine is E 3 3-MT-FED 33920-60E3 2 112000-1683 barcode 201683k The one I pulled up is E 3 3-MT-FED 33920-60E3 1 112000-1682 barcode 201682j As you see there is a number difference betwen them mine is a 2 the one pulled is a 1 And my barcode finishes with K the one pulled in J Can anyone tell me what is the difference and if it will work on my Geo? I took a look inside and the components looks the same and identical ( it might be only a software difference or mine might be with upgraded emmisions? ). Do you have one like mine?
