Code 32, What to do?
Ok, fellows. My check engine light keeps coming on whenever I drive about 20 miles or more.
it's Code 32 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) solenoid circuit-open or short detected in the EGR solenoid circuit/EGR system failure-required change in fuel/air ratio not detected during diagnostic test. What could be causing this and possible fixes. Thanks Joe |

Maybe a bad EGR valve.

Nothing I have has a Flow Chart for a code 32. From EGR related problems lot of them have to do with carbon build up. Try cleaning the valve and manifold and make sure the valve is working.

Re: Code 32, What to do?
I cleaned the EGR Valve a couple months ago and it is operating correctly according to the TEST (use of a hand-held vacuum pump).
