headers and cats

i was thinking about picking up some new headers and maybe some high flow cats as well sometime this summer. Anyone have any suggetions on some good brands? dont really want to spend too much but lookin for some better performance (obviousley) and a stronger sound. All i have so far is an intake and exhaust. The Gibsone system sounds great but could be a little louder. I was lookkin toward shorty headers just so i dont have to rework my whole exhaust system...unless this is not true. and i dont really know dick about cats. Let me know what you guys think..

Re: headers and cats

I dunno either.. If I go with headers I'm going to try to get full-length if possible, and some high flow cats. I dun care about my current exhaust setup, i'll redo it if needed. This is way in the future for me though

Re: headers and cats

For headers, go with TOG. Full product line is listed here: http://www.performance-exhaust-heade...let/index.html

Re: headers and cats

Arent those kind of pricey? I was thinking about Thorley's, since I dont know any that fit a 4x4.
