Another ZC question

How about this one... Anyone know what valve cover gasket set I need for a ZC? Is it a 88-89 Integra? Thanks!

89 integra valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals will work on the ZC.

ZC Question

Well, I bought the 89 teg valve gasket set, and it doesn't work. Just FYI for you guys. The spark plug tube seals are the right size, but the main seal is about 3/4" to 1" too long. Also, the curious thing is that the part # is the same set of seals for all DOHC Honda motors from 86 to 93, including the Prelude. (or so say the friendly-but-not-so-mechanically-inclined guys at my local Autozone.). If any of you guys has an answer to my problem, I would really appreciate it!

Have any of you other ZC guys had to do this? If so, what brand kit did you get, and where did you get it? Can the Honda dealership order any JDM parts?

I changed the gasket and seals on my ZC and the 89 teg ones worked perfectly. Maybe they gave you the wrong part.??
