It's really pretty easy. Get a brass rod that fits the whole in the body of the air brush where the bearing sits. It should be close to the size of the bearing itself. Disassemble the entire air brush(except air valve)tap the old bearing out from the back of the airbrush so it comes out the front. Then tap the new one in from the front until it seats. Do not go to far or it comes out the back and falls out.

Most places that sell airbrushes have them or can get them. Art stores may turn up their noses at you when you say "badger" though, but they should be able to help you with parts.

Hmm.

I've got a badger 200 single action. I got it cheap but mine can stop spraying. Right when I'm half way through a job as well. I have to stop what I'm doing take the entire thing apart and clean it, then start again. Can be a little frustrating. I've heard bad and good about badger, but after using mine for a few months I'm not that keen on it. It's OK, but I'm sure there are better brushes on the market.

I'm currently looking at a compressor and I'm half tempted to get a IWATA airbrush at the same time. Heard good about these airbrushes and I might be able to get a package deal. I'm sure someone on here can recommend a good IWATA or another good make of airbrush for you, but I would look at IWATA. I know I am..!!
