L200 2003 Water Passenger Compartment

I Have A 2003 L200 With The Sun Roof And Heated Seats.
On The Last Two Rain Storms I Have Water Pooling On The Passenger Front And Back Foot Areas. The Seats Are Dry And So Is The Inside Plastic Were The Speakers Are On The Doors.
The Carpeting By The Fire Wall Is Also Dry.
Tried To Feel Under The Plastic Mouldings In The Passenger Compartment By The Sill But Was Afraid Of Breaking Them.
The Carpet Was Very Wet So I Couldn't Tell If My Hand Was Wet From The Carpeting.
The Gasketing Around The Doors Looks Good.
Does The Sunroof Have A Drain That Could Be Blocked And Were Does It Run.
Also Is The Car Still Covered Under The Warrenty.
If Not Is There Any Place I Can Look Up On How To Remove The Mouldings Along The Sill And By The Columns.
