'96 Ranger parking brake doesn't work!
I drove the car a good 4 miles at about 60 mph and now the parking brake doesn’t work, even when I step it all the way to the floor. I popped the right passenger rear wheel off and had new pads ready, but the brakes were barely worn down?
What do I need to do to get the parking brake to work again? If it wasn’t pad wear that caused this, what else could it be? The only other thing I can think of at the moment is that maybe the parking brake only locks the rear driver side wheel, the one I didn’t take of and check. |

I'm having a somewhat related problem. I need to adjust the parking brake but I cannot find the adjuster.
