92 astro abs code 62

Hello, After making a hard stop my antilock and brake lights came on. I flashed the code and it was 62 "Left front reset switch" I then cleared the code and took it for a short drive and the lights came back on within 5 minutes. I do know for a fact that i need a left front rotor (has some groves in it) could this be part of the problem or am i be optimistic?
