dead in stop

hello guys.

i have this problem.

i ran my blazer 1990 2wd 4.3 z and runs great

the engine is a rebuilt, and these are new components cap, rotor, sparks, wires, filter of gas and air, timing correct, map ,iac cleaned, so the problem is when i run my blazer runs with no problem, but when i got 25minutes of use and make a long stop like 3minutes stop the car starts to shake a little like it's tryin to die. sometimes it only dies . i tun it on with no problems .

so i never in life ever cleaned the egr. so im thinkin this is the cause.

what do you think??

1 hour a go i was drivin my truck and was very very Faster and perfect to me.. all was normal.. but when i get to my house y just pressed the stop pedal for 5 minutes and the problem starts.. and when i move the wheels to the right slowly the power steering was making some noise.. and the voltmeter and the oil pressure go down... but in a second going alive...
so after that each 5 seconds the engine was tryin to die.

the alternater it's ok, the battery New, last tune up 1 month..
no AC or defrost. maybe it's the idle speed.. i dont know..

same thing... runs perfect until it warms up.. after that , runs rough and stalls.

so, i cleaned the EGR today and the TBI plus injectors and other stuff.. and nothing..

my truck blinks the 24 code 3 times. and i know that my coolant sensor it's not working.. what is the 24 code?? and the coolant what can affect???
