Exclamation hood release problem

well yall were all a great help with the brakes I need to go get them bled out now, but unfortunately i still need to fix the coolant leak and dont wanna go anymore till i do. The big problem now is it looks as though the latch cable for the hood release has come unlatched. I cant find the cable under the dash to try and hook it back up so how do i get the damned thing open???

I'm opent to any suggestions..........

car is a 92 pa ultra with the 3800 series with a sc

not sure where the cable runs myself, but i would unbolt the grille and get access to the latch from the front, you can unbolt the grille without opening the hood,...still leaves you with the problem finding the cable,....
