Tape Deck

I have 1999 Taurus, I have a tape that stuck in the tape player, it wont eject, when I press the eject button, I can see the tap going up and down, it will do this for about 3 times and then get the msg TDE2 but it wont eject. Everything else works fine, it plays, rewind forward, seek, everything else is good but does not eject.

I have a 96 Taurus. When I put in a tape...the player spits it back out about 3 seconds later with a TDE3 code? Anybody have any answers?
