It's alive!!!!

Man what a different sound than the old HF, i got a little bit of a high idle but i can get that straightned out i think, but turned out the timing was 180 degrees out, swaped it around and bam, fired right up w/ a smooth idle, like i said it was a little high but it didn't bounce or anything. Thank sgod for the sound of that motor cause i was starting to get worried!!

d15 vtec, just curious man, where would you start on the idle. Will the crank angle sensor if it is not set cause it to idle high, and plus i have the hf accel. cable on there, but i have the z6 one on the way.

Re: It's alive!!!!

first make sure hte throttle cable isnt too tight cause it to pull hte throttle open just alitle causing a higher idle. if its loose then turn the idle screw down and it should drop your idle. i just did this today on my dpfi because it was idling high
