2001 Cavalier with POWER Sunroof. Problem is that it sticks up in back (won't retract down fully). Have tried shifting glass with no help. How do I go about adjusting this? I suspect there is a limit switch or possibly some sort of timing that must be done. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I have the exact same problem with my 99 cav. It doesnt do it all of the time, just every now and then, and when it does it, it will eventually go down after a day or something. I have been looking for a remedy for this for a year or so and have had no help at all regarding this.
