After dealing with Jeff Sachs (who I openly and proudly degrade) for years in Frankfort, Kentucky...getting my Sebring worked on at Faricy Dodge/Chrysler was such a life changer...literally.
At one point I thought I had a bad alternator. I was getting legitimate symptoms of a alt getting ready to die. I would start my car up...drive around for a bit...and if I turned my headlights on...the entire car would hesitate...like shut off really fast and them come back on. Then if I pressed my brakes....the radio would die for a few seconds...
I described my problems to service at Faricy and they said it might be the alternator...just like I thought. We did an estimate of getting a new alt, labor, and total cost would be around $750. $394 of that was JUST the Alternator...
But...my service rep....said that he would make the mechanics do some preliminary tests first...just to make sure.
Turns out...the actual problem was that my battery cables needed to be cleaned.
Faricy could have charged me that much...but instead they were actually HONEST
and this is just ONE example of how they have legitimately helped me out.
I talked to the owners son personally....told him about what his service reps have done for me...and thanked him for having such a credible business. I have never recieved such fair and honest treatment at a service department. They do a great job fixing the car too....outstanding results everytime.
