You can add those things IF it was an option for that particular year, otherwise the wiring harness may not be there to support it.

I have a 96 with power windows and doors.

I have a 1994 it had power windows, and has power locks....The quality of the window regulator is very weak. The d/s window regulator broke twice. Very hard to find a scrapped escort w/ power windows. So i converted them to manual windows much better............

they actualy come with vacume locks but yes it can be done i have a 93 power everything but it all starts getting realy slow by now
