headlamp motor gears grinding

Thanks for your help. I found a modue for my firebird and it works fine but now I have discovered the gear in the drivers side is stripped. Where can I get a gear for it? A plastic one will do since I only plan to see the car in the near future. I would hate to pay $45 for a brass one if the plastic will last a year or two.

one thing you can try is flip the gear over i believe and this will fix it for a good while.(kinda like gettin a new gear)(your putting the good teeth thats left on gear in contact sorta speak)

Also i think the website to look at for the plastic part is www.car-parts.com.

Hope this helps.
