Question new hear need some answers

Hello everyone im new here.. i just bought a new 2005 single cab swb 1500 hemi with the sport package.. so far i love it.. i had it for 20 minutes and put some carbon fiber taillights and added a flowmaster muffler with a turn down... i have tried to race some imports but it seems to be they see the HEMI badge and hear the exhaust they dont want any.. am i gonna get smoked if i race a stock ricer? I have only had the truck for a few days... but i do know it will outrun a 5.3 chevy of the same specifications... i plan on adding a cold air intake, 18in wheels window tint, and possibly a chip way down the road.. oh yea i will try to fill out my signature later... thanks...

Depends on the rice. There's a post in here about time slips where someone with a HEMI went to the dragstrip. I don't recall the times though.

If you have 17's and go to 18's, watch your tire size or you'll lose performance.

And welcome to AF!
