Exclamation Tranny Problem Please Help

My clutch (cable) seems to be in good shape cuz it's only been like 5 months since i replaced it.. and my tranny doesnt grind any gears... but sometimes the gears get stuck and i can't shift at all... it seems like i'm not putting in the clutch a all, but the clutch is all the way in... if i turn it off, the gears shift normally, but if i turn it on then no gears will go in... if i try to turn it on in gear, it'll slowly start moving by it's own and if i press the brake it shakes like if it wants to turn off... if i let it rest for a while, then i turn it back on and it'll be ok. the clutch cable is adjusted right tho.. can any one PLEASE tell me wat the problem cud be.??? it's starting to happen more often every time... PLEASE

you need to adjust the knob on the outside of the tranny. if you push the clutch in all the way with it say in first and no brakes on and the car moves, it needs to be adjusted. the clutch is supposed to pick up about an inch and a half off the floorboard

your throw out bearing is either bad or not adjusted properly, my guess would be that it is bad.
