Question 97 3.0 Cylinder #6 Misfire

I have a 97 Plymouth Voyager 3.0 V6 that has trouble code (Cylinder #6 misfire). This happened after changing timing belt/water pump. Still runs fairly well though it does idle rough. If anyone knows anything on this matter, please respond.

Re: 97 3.0 Cylinder #6 Misfire

sounds like you didnt get the timing correct. You might have to do it over again

Before you do that, check the spark plug and wire.

If it gets worse over time, it could be that the timing belt was not installed properly.
