'97 Outback rear accessory socket not working

The rear accessory socket in my '97 Outback is not working anymore, I checked the fuse, in the "fuse panel behind the instrument panel lower cover" but the fuse was fine. Does anyone know if there is another fuse somewhere ?

Thanks
