girl in trouble

My car out of nowhere started acting up. I was was completly fine yesterday i drove it with no problem, then when I tryed to drive it last night it started actiong up. It was making loud noises,it was shaking when i was backing up (not while i was driving over 30 though),the ETS off light came on and picture next to it started blinking then it would stop and just stay on. When I got out of the car it smelled like gas...I have no idea what could be wrong...any ideas?

Re: girl in trouble

injector o-ring seal break, fuel pump malfunction, hose break. to help localize the problem, start the car for a minute if itll stay on, then go hunting around the car and smell for the strongest smell of gas you can find. once you get close to the strongest smell, look for wetness. might have to be quick if its a small leak, gas evaporates kinda quick. that is unless its pouring out of somewhere. if its an injector you could fix the entire problem at the cost of one injector (60-100$)
