anti theft radio Codes HELP!!

I have a 99 gtp with the factory radio and a dedicated factory changer I was going to replace the radio but I don't have the code so I changed my mind but now my display went out. I know how to fix that but I still need the code, GM charges about 80 bucks for it. Anyone know how I can get it cheaper or even free? PLEASE SOMONE HELP!
