96 accord tranny fluid?

Can I use Dextron II in the Automatic Tranny on a 96 Accord? How much does it hold when changing it?

use dex III. buy 3 qts....when pouring new fluid in...pour 2 qts first. then start up the car. shift trans into reverse and drive (while holding the brakes). do each gear for a minute or so. throw it back into park/neutral. w/ the engine warmed up...recheck trans lvl. add accordingly.
