22re performance mods

I have a 89 toyota pickup with a 22re engine in it. i just blew the head gasket and i want to rebuild it and add some performance parts to it but still have a smooth idle and be reliable. Any any advice to what kind of cam, headders, throttle body, to use or other modifications to do is greatly appreciated.
thanks,
G

Here's an idea I have come up with, but I haven't had the time to build.
An early 22R block, with 20R heads, and t3/t4 turbo charger. That's the basic setup. Induction I was think of a single pump four barrel. There are a lot of other specs, but that's the basics behind it.

Check out these sites:

This should be some help. Let me know what you think about my engine idea.

One or more of the links in my last post will take you to a cam site, but do you know what your looking for?

Here's a question, what kind of power are you looking for?
